In early 2008 ESS was contracted to provide a one of a kind floor for a residential property  ESS applied white modified cement topping over the entire floor of the condo. A sawcut pattern was then installed throughout the entire apartment and the borders acid stained for accent.  ESS then sealed the floor with two coats of 100% solids epoxy to give the entire floor depth and accentuate the color.
